How to obtain an API key?

If you wish to perform file conversions or OCR via API, even within our free tier limits for API conversions, you have to obtain an API key. This is completely free.

To obtain your personal API key, please, do the following:

1. Open https://convertio.co/api/
2. Click on the Register button and create a free user account, by entering your email and password or clicking on G+ or FB icon to register via your social service account.
3. Open https://convertio.co/api/ again and you should see your personal API key along with available API minutes left.
