To log into your account, follow these steps:
- Open https://convertio.co/
- Click on the Login link at the top right corner of the page to see the login badge.
- Enter the Email and Password you have used on registration. Alternatively, click on the FB or Google icon to log in via your social service account.
- After a successful login, you will be automatically redirected to your user panel.
Troubleshooting:
- You may see the label My Files, instead of Login. It means that you are already logged in.
- You see, such an email is not a registered error. Please, make sure you didn't use your social accounts to log in, and please note that the email to which you receive invoices may not coincide with the email you used when registering. Try your other emails or search in your inbox for the welcome email from us.
- If you got a Wrong password error, be assured that your email is correct, but the password is wrong. In this case, you may reset your password by clicking on the
mark in the password field and following the instructions.
