To login into your account you should:
- Open https://convertio.co/
- Click on the Login link at the top right corner of the page to see the login badge.
- Enter the Email and Password you have used on registration. Alternatively, click on FB or Google icon to log in via your social service account.
- You will be automatically redirected into your user panel upon successful login.
Troubleshooting:
- You may see label My Files, instead of Login. It means that you are already logged in.
- You see Such email not registered error. Please, make sure you didn't use your social accounts to log in and please, notice, that the mail to which you receive invoices may not coincide with the mail you have used when registering. Try your other emails or search in your inbox for the welcome email from us.
- If you got a Wrong password error - be assured that your email is correct, but the password is wrong. In this case, you may reset your password by clicking on the mark in the password field and following instructions.
