Convertio is an online conversion service that allows you to convert one or more files to another format.
Before starting a conversion, make sure your file and environment meet the following requirements:
File format
Make sure Convertio supports both the format of your original file and the conversion you want to perform. Refer to this page to see the supported formats.
File integrity
Make sure the file is not empty or corrupted and that you have permission to access it. For example, check that the file size is not 0 bytes and that the file has been fully downloaded or saved to your device. If possible, try opening or previewing it before uploading it to Convertio.
File location
Upload the file from your computer or mobile device storage, or import it from a supported cloud storage account.
Do not upload or drag and drop files directly from external media or devices, such as cameras, CDs, or phones connected to your computer. First, copy the file to your computer’s local storage, and then upload the local copy to Convertio.
File size
Files larger than 1GB should be uploaded from a supported cloud storage account, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, rather than from your device. Uploading files from cloud storage helps reduce the risk of interruptions caused by an unstable internet connection.
Internet connection
Make sure you have a stable internet connection when uploading files directly from your computer or mobile device. The larger the file, the longer it may take to upload.
