How to cancel an active subscription?

To cancel your active subscription, please, do the following:

1. Go to https://convertio.co/
2. Log into your account by following this tutorial.
3. Go to https://convertio.co/settings/ (Settings page)
4. At the bottom of the page in the Manage subscriptions section, you will find the Cancel Subscription button. Click it to cancel your subscription.

If all goes well, then in a few minutes you will receive a confirmation of your subscription cancellation to your email. The mail will be from our billing partner.

Troubleshooting:

1. If you don't see the 'Cancel Subscription' button - your subscription is already canceled and wouldn't be renewed. In this case, you should also see the label 'Valid until: [DATE]' instead of 'Renewal date: [DATE]' in the sidebar.
